Lost parcel

We bought a tablet at bash online as a christmas present for our son. They use m24 logistics for delivery. When i track the parcel it says it was out in delivery on the 11th the it says incorrect address. Yet no one called us to check.

When i check on the reviews of this company its all bad. There is litteraly no good reviews. How can a reputable conpany like bash use such a company. I hope we get it before christmas.

When you call the bash call centre the person on the other side gives you the exact details that you see online. Not very helpful.
