Lost item

I have ordered 2 items from bash and l got an email stating that l will receive items separately so the 5th of December 2025 l received 1 item from them then as l was waiting for my other item since it was stated that l will receive them separately l decided to check on them since it has been a week now only to be told why now l explained why is bcoz thy stated that items will be send separately then l was told on thy side it shows that l have received all my 2 items while l have a missing item l really regret buying from them with all of my heart plus it was my first time buying what a bad experience l had with them as a first time buyer no sense of a good customer service as long it is done on thy side thy are okay l have been buying on other on line never experienced such nonsense were an item is lost there's no investigation or whatsoever l will never recommend this to my friends and family
