Jet online order lost

My mother bought items online from Jet Stores . it was 2 separate orders . Only 1 was delivered . I informed Bash , they are still looking into the issue since last week . They are unprofessional and i will never buy from them again . I am so ****ed because of their pathetic service . The courier said item is delivered but my mother did not receive anything
