Jet Gateway

I purchased a dress for my aunt on my tfg jet account and I got a gift receipt for it, she went in on the 8th of October to do an exchange. The consultants phumzile and buhle that assisted her at the point of sale returned the item instead of doing an exchange for her. I was and am extremely upset with the service given to my aunt. It was so unprofessional of them to do so and they knew they did something wrong but still continued to do it. This occurred in jet gateway.
