Items missing, selling out of stock products.

I ordered 2 sneakers on buy 1 get 1 free but only received 1 pair.

When I emailed them, they told me that the shoes are out of stock. What a joke! Why do they allow me to check out & everything if that's the case? Then only tell me days later when I have to fetch the shoes that they're out of stock?

Craziest part is that there's plenty of stock in stores. So why don't they just take the shoe from the store & send it to me.

What a dumb way to do to business. Also apparently they're lines are "down" today & you can only email, no calls. Clearly there are many of us complaining.
