Item missing on bash order

I made a purchase on bash last week and it was delivered today with 1 item missing. When I try to enquire they ask for pictures and reciept then they say they can't refund me for that. The order was delivered sealed by Sthembiso Malinga at 10:20 today. I am so disappointed as this was first order with them
