Item condition looks old with scratches

I ordered the multi-slicer online on the 1st of May 2023 and it was delivered today 03 May. The condition of the item looks old and used, it's got scratches and marks. The box looks old and is written ''for display purposes''. Please I want my money, if I wanted to buy a second-hand item I would have not bought it at BASH. I want my money.
