Irritated

I hate dealing with this website, order status does not update, items don`t say when they are out of stock they just add it to your basket in another colour. That pop up to try and get you to buy the magazine is so irritating , it does not give up. Search results are inconsistent, and if I put something in my basket on the app, I can`t then pay for it on my laptop cos it is not linked.
