Invoice request

I requested an invoice with the last 4 digits of the card I used to pay, so that I can make a claim, & not even a single person is able to help me with that. I get it, they don’t want to spill personal information but when you purchase at the store the slip comes with the last four digits so what’s the point? Very useless.
