Incorrect Items Received & Not Rectified

Bash will NOT rectify sending you the incorrect items!!

If Bash sends you the incorrect item or incorrect size- they DO NOT resolve their mistake.

Instead, you are expected to organise a Refund or Exchange.

I placed an order, then received the incorrect size item. After contacting support, they continuously stated that they do not do exchanges via courier, and I will need to go in store to exchange the incorrect size they sent me, for the correct size.

Going in store to exchange the items they sent me for the items I ordered & paid for- defeats the purpose of online shopping.

I would not recommend Bash to anyone.

The first time I ordered from Bash, they had "unforeseen stock issues" and made me wait a week before giving me back my money.

The second time I ordered from Bash they sent me the incorrect size & refuse to do anything to resolve this.

Complaints fall on deaf ears at Bash.
