Incorrect item received from BASH

Incorrect item received from Bash (TFG)

I order a g star raw sneakers for woman and i received nike jordan 23 male sneaker . I contacted bash via email and facebook and they looked into my inquiry. Today they contacted me and told me they do not take responsibility for the wrong order received as their footage show the correct item was packed and delivered to me . Now i am stuck with an incorrect order and i owe bash R 1899 as i used my TFG account to buy the item . I need bash to credit my account and take back their package back . Order number B***0-01 . This is a service failure from bash or the courier company they used RAM . I will also close off my account with TFG as soon as this matter is resolved . Ticket number from BASH #*** ticket is still opened but they are not taking responsibility. This back n forth from bash is totally mot acceptable and it is frustrating me as a customer . 1st time i am experiencing this with bash and they are not taking any accountability. So what must i do as i client ? Write it off and still owe TFG ? They must sort this out soon
