Incorrect item delivered

I.bought a whole lot of items from Bash online.They delivered kncorrect items and not what I ordered ,the purpose of buying online is for convenience but today I was told I need to go in-store which is very inconvenient for me.All im asking for is that they send me the correct items and pick up the incorrect items.It was their error not mine.The store will probably not have what I purchased online,further to this I can not ask for a credit and repurchase as I am not willing to pay the delivery fee.I have paid for the items and expect Good service . I buy regularly from Bash online and this is the first time they have delivered incorrectly ,i never received bad service from them before and dont expect to receive it now.
