Inconveniencing a Customer

When make a purchase online they deliver the incorrect items. When I called them to clarify which stores have the items especially the ones nearest to us, the agent advised we could go to the one nearest to us only to see that the store is under renovations. How they like to make it so inconvenient for a customer. Sad!
