Inconvenience

So I bought sneakers via bash and opted to collect at the store (Totaosports) and upon collection I found out that the size is big, and the assistant at the store said I can do the return and exchange at the store. I did the return but now the money doesn't reflect on my account and I had to leave the store without my sneakers and a minus on my account. When I called the head office I'm told that the money will reflect on my account in 1 to 4 working days and that is not fair on me at all. I'm not happy with this cause it's inconvenience
