Inconsiderate

Inconsiderate!! I ordered boots on Bash website and paid via Capitec Pay on 2023/05/31. I did not receive any order number till today, when I called them they said they did not receive any payment, I sent them pop from my bank since they said they will refund me no luck. I'm still waiting & still no sign of my order number nor my boots being delivered.. I'm disappointed with them! Never ordering anything that's being delivered by Bash!
