Incompetence

I am livid at the pathetic service of the courier services you’ve partnered with . I don’t seem to be getting help and whatever that I had purchased is needed by Monday for my Graduation. Tuesday I was called by a RAM driver confirming my address and availability for delivery on that day and I waited as I am still waiting. I called RAM over 10 times already they are not only wasting my time but they wasting my airtime too. It’s either I get overly promised ******* and lies or my calls are dropped because one minute its “your parcel is scheduled to arrive today” the next minute “the address is invalid”. I am tired of reaching to them as they keeep dropping my calls STILL
