I'm being ignored by them

Was sold a lsptop that was either refurbished or faulty through Bash and hi , paid 7k for the laptop and all of a sudden the screen had ink on it and i sent it back to a foshini store, mind you , i did not physically harm the laptop and i was told i need to pay for repairs irregardless and i refused as i told that the laptop needs to be assessed as to how the screen got damaged. Ive been sending emails back and forth to the company but nobody is giving me clear communication as to what exactly is goong to happen. These people have put me through hell and back as i use my laptop to feed my family of which i have communicated several times to them but nobody gives a sh*t. Meagan Booysen Only sent me an email once saying she is not able to do anything at this point till the laptop has been sent back to the store yet their repairers have the laptop with them and are demanding money from me!!!!! IF YOU THINKING OF BUYING ANY DEVICE FROM THEM, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!
