I want my refund back!

I purchased an items 10 days ago haven’t received it when I did a follow up they said they are going to refund me . I have been calling the whole of last week without getting the problem solved , just called this morning and they claim that the store says they refunded me but still waiting for proof of payment. I want my money back!
