I did not receive my order

What a horrible horrible experience I have received from Bash. I’ve place an online order with them on the 23rd of November and was supposed to receive my order on the 27th Nov and I didn’t. When I track my order it says it has be delivered on the 27th and it was received by someone else which I don’t even know.I emailed and called Bash to do a follow up on this, they keep on telling me that I have received this order. Funny enough is that the receiver’s name is there and it’s not my name and I keep on telling them that and they keep on telling me that I have received my order. Right now I feel like they saying am a ****mer or am lying. I mean, I wouldn’t have called them if I did receive. Can this be resolved ASAP please, am losing my patience.
