horrific customer service at bash

I called Bash with an inquiry about my statement , and the consultant who was supposed to help me , started telling me to just listen to her and raising her voice , when I asked her why she is raising her voice she said I am raising mine , I was completely shocked at this type of service , I told her she is disgusting and she needs to put me through to a manager she then told me I am disgusting and that she is not putting me through to a manager, she is terminating the call and she hung up , I called at 10h45 to *** ,

what type of training and consultants has bashed hired , this is unacceptable behavior that bash has customer service agents speaking to clients like this ,
