Horrible service and no delivery

I placed an order on April 24. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday April 30th. Thursday nothing happened. I called the customer service and the gentleman was not much help at all. I told him to please find out what time Delivery will be done as we are closing soon. He wasn't able too, I even offeredto call the deliveryservices myself. Friday was the public holiday and i received a message saying my parcel is out for delivery with the drivers details as well. I tried calling the driver to let them know that we are closed so they shouldn't waste their time going there but there was no answer. Monday, No delivery. I called Customer service again and was advised they will get back to me. After me having to follow-up again, They still couldn't tell me when i will get my delivery. Tuesday, i followed up again and they advised it will be delivered today. Nothing happened. No delivery. They dont respond either. I ordered a package from China a day after my bash order and have received that delivery already. At this point i am staring to believe that they have ****** from me as i have paid for something i am not getting. Still have not received my order.
