Horrible service!!

My order was spilt into two of which I had only received one of the two orders. The courier guy said he can't deliver my second order due to the waybill number being the same as the previous order. He then said I should contact bash and arrange with them to create a new waybill number of which I did. However after almost two weeks of investigation all the could tell me that the second order was delivered. The attached proof of delivery was not evens my address or my signature. Horrible Service!!!!
