Horrible service

Horrible service. The whole Foschini Group is useless. They don’t answer phone and don’t give delivery options. I waited for 2 weeks for my delivery which I paid for, only to be told the delivery can only be in the morning. When I explained that I’m not available in the morning. I was told they can’t do afternoon delivery. If I want afternoon delivery, I’ll have to wait for another week. 3 weeks for a delivery! ****en useless. Never using the website again.
