Horrible service - 14 days without refund by BASH 👎🏽

I ordered items on the Bash app on 7 June 2023, most of my items were delivered in 2 days. But I had ordered a pair of boots, they were still available on the site and app, but apparently they couldn't find one's that we're suitable. That's fine, I can live with that...but it's been 14 days! 14 whole days of nothing, I just want the money back so I can use it.

Instead I'm being sent from pillar to post, I'm on my 3rd department that I've been transferred to. I honestly just want my e-gift amount back so I can buy something else! I just want to buy my daughter a jacket for winter, I'm so frustrated. I hate this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
