Horrible online service
If I could leave a zero star rating I would. I am beyond disappointed at the service that I have experienced. I purchased items online, the money was deducted out of my account and I never received any purchase confirmation. How could this happened especially this time of the year. I am so frustrated as I have raised this to the call centre with no solution

20 Dec 2024, 12:27I still have not received any communication or feedback from the Bash regarding the appalling service. I needed the products I purchased but received nothing yet they were so quick to deduct my money.
I called multiple times with no satisfaction and I need to constantly follow up.
