Horrible online platform

I ordered a watch from American Swiss on bash a n the 27th of November. The courier being used was RAM. I received a WhatsApp message from RAM on Wednesday the 2nd of December saying that my package was out for delivery. I waited all day but didn’t receive anything. Tried calling and WhatsApping RAM the entire time everytime I get to the front of the que I get disconnected and their WhatsApp chat does not work. I then contacted Bash support directly and they said the item would be delivered yesterday however I am yet to receive it.

I spent alot of money on that item and I am disgusted with the service that I am receiving and the lack of help that I am receiving.
