Horrible Customer Service

I ordered a pair of Shoes from SportsScene via BASH and I certainly will never be supporting them ever again. I ordered my shoes two weeks ago and I have still not received a tracking number or any communication regarding my package. I phoned them this morning and they said my package was returned by the Couriers. I was not told I will not be receiving them as they have been returned. Absolutely horrible customer service as I was not given any form of communication regarding where my order is and why it is not here yet. This is the first and last time I will be ordering from BASH.
