Hoping act violation

I am disgusted with Bash, I did a order in the end of November and the order was refunded. However the reason for this bad review is that they have failed to protect my personal information since last month I have found that there was numerous calls made to their customer service requesting information regarding this specific order and about the refund. I have contacted them and have told them about it cause I keep o. Receiving emails pertaining this order and refund, which I was not enquiring. I want people to know that this is serious I will want to take further steps with them because I made a formal complaint with them to which I have all the communication that was sent.
