Highly irate
Good day
Kindly note I am highly irate, disappointed and discussed with the bash online team, I order parcels since the end of November into December 2024.
Today I followed up on an order I placed on the 2nd December 2024 and then I get a email from you BASH to say you cancelled my order without me cancelling and the dress is in stock.
I do not want refund I want the parcel because I bought it for a reason.
Please assist urgently

I sent emails to the Bash support team no reply back, I call them this morning the call center agent advise he does not know why my parcel is cancelled all he can do is escalate the matter and I will get the refund back but my issue is I do not want the refund back I want the item I ordered and it is in stock.
so clearly, they don't care at all!
