Highly irate and very stressed out

Good day I order an items from bash last week with the amount of R2560. Today the driver came to deliver only 1 item but it says I should have all my items I open it after the driver left it’s not even a item I bought and on the 1 page that is outside the package is my details but in the page that is inside the package is not my details at all.

Now bash is offline and I’m stressed because of the money I spent and because it’s gifts and I need it in time for Xmas .
