Have not received my delivery for nearly two weeks now

The online purchase was fine,managed to pay without any issues. But their courier RAM is terrible ! Its taken them 7+ days to deliver a simple neckless to an address in the CBD. What has made it even more egrecious is they wanted to deliver after 6pm when their website says 9-5pm! I would not recommend Bash if I'm being honest
