Great prices but no communication

#blackfriday Ive recently ordered from Bash and the item was available at a good price. What amazed me was the fact that I only received a sms stating payment has been received.

I didnt receive an email confirming the order, the payment of the shipment. Correspondence should be elevated a bit to enhance the shopping experience.
