Giving 1 star because there's no option to give a zero

I made an online purchase on the 24th for 4 items. These were purchased online . The delivery wasn't successful the first 2 times because of the contact number that was incorrect. I called and asked for the number to be amended and was advised that the number was sent to the courier service. That never happened and the order was cancelled . 1 of the products I ordered reflected as delivered and I had never received it neither did I sign for it . I again had to fight for that product to be included in .my refund Now the refund is coming in portions . I received one yesterday for a product that I ordered twice and only one was reimbursed. I am struggling to understand why can't you process a single payment as you received it and want to drag this whole process. This online purchase was already a nightmare and to .make it worse the refund process is just as terrible. I wad told the refund was processed on different days foe different products. How when i made just 1 payment. Please ensure I get what is left of my refund asap and part ways gracefully . I dont have time to be sending gazillion emails a day
