My delivery supposedly failed twice which I don't understand because I'm at home everyday. I had no calls from a delivery driver whatsoever! But yet the order status says failed delivery and also why do they send their deliveries out in parts.

01 Dec 2025, 11:12I spoke to an agent about 30mins ago he was going to send me and email Regarding my order. I haven't received a thing not the email and not a package. This is not an account order I paid cash. Their customer service is very bad.
