Fed up

I bought stuff online last year December so apparently the stuff got lost at the couriers but till today I'm struggling with them to get my refund. On top of that I'm paying interest on my tfg account for stuff I never received. Everytime when I email them I'm assured I'll be getting my refund but it just never happens. I'm totally fed up with this company
