FED UP

I am writing this to inform and alert you guys about the incompetancy of your staff in fulfillig a request that I did on Friday. I spoke to Igshaan regarding an order I did on 15/09/2023. I am still awaiting items which were supposed to be delivered by your unreliable courier partner, Dawn Wing. I gave an instruction to Igshaan to credit my account if the items were not delivered by COB on the 22/09/23 and I am still waiting for my request to be adhered to. I received another communique from Charlene on Friday, of which I am not sure what she is addressing as my request is or was clear, CREDIT MY ACCOUNT.

I don't understand what is so difficult in adhering to my request. You guys will deal with your *********** courier guys who have now had my items for more than 5 working days and as per your SLA, it should be 3-5 working days. Dawn wing is a pathetic courier company and your company keeps on using them to frustrate clients.

Since Wednesday, I have spoken to these people from Bash and nothing has happened: Charlene, Amanda, Igshaan, Charlene -again and Davidine.

Can my account be credited by today!
