Faulty goods and wrong goods.

I bought earrings online and they were damaged, was also given the wrong colour. Went to Belfast Forchini to return and the manager told me that they couldn’t help me. However, after I asked them to escalate my matter she decided to assist claiming that she would have to be the one pay for it as she will be held liable for damages good. There as BASH, you guys need to solve this matter because we cannot have your stores contradicting yourselves.
