False online adverti*****t

I’m exhausted with Bash @ home . I have series of events.Bash app will advertised furniture items and out of my 6 orders only 1 was available. I purchased on the 27/02 B*** and 29/02 B*** .On 01/03 ref *** been told by Zoe Bandlow that item at Midrand Distribution b ready within 5-10 days .Then on 02/03 with a different order number *** been told the item can’t be delivered due to nonesaleble stock. Purchased again on 12/03 B*** and 19/03 B*** & B***. On the 20/03 Craig claim the B*** item is out of stock. On 22/03 I have send Zoe Bandlow a list of items and needed to know what is available at Parow DC , I was told everything is there but waiting on the Meghan sofa and chair . Later Zoe Bandlow claim no Edith bed and Lola Tallboy mirror available. On the same 22/03 I see the century dining chair advertised I purchased it . Thinking now I will have 2 of the same chairs. To be told by Estelle on 22/03 that order B*** is out of stock , then I questioned why was it advertised again then . Coz I purchased it . The refund for order B*** was done the quickest.

Bare in mind Parow DC also called me and claim my items are there .I told them I will wait for the outstanding ones and collect all at once , to be only told later there’s only one item which is order B*** that’s available. Do @ home know the amount of my time they wasted and the restrictions they had on me . How does a reputable company advertise furniture and from my 6 orders only 1 is available. They lack urgency and doesn’t understand they own job specifications . I then told Craig I’m not interested in anything they must refund my money . Coz I don’t trust anything . The refunds are done in drips and draps and frustrating me because now I must keep taps on your methods . Furthermore I receive calls from the collection department that I’m in arrears . I explained to more than 3 people I can’t be in arrears . I never received any goods and I’m waiting on refunds which needs to put my account in advance with few cents. But I can’t continue explaining myself to those collectors who think I’m running away from my debt . I spoke to Ruben Ross who claim to be a team leader that I don’t need them calling me coz I’m already mad as it is with the way this whole matter has been handled . I have never experienced such madness. Now refund for B*** takes forever . It’s not like I decided I don’t want the items , you guys told me it’s out of stock days later . This is false advertising to top it up Im being harassed by your collection department this is enough to send me to mental institution
