False Advertising & Poor Cutomer Service

Misadvertising and poor customer service. I reached out to to them regarding clarity on the purchase of an item and they refuse to hear me out even though they are the ones in the wrong. I was corresponding with a lady named Shamila from the Bash Support team and I constantly had to send follow-up emails for her to respond.
