False advertising.

I have previously spent thousands of rands buying bedding at Volpes through payed over the years and it has always been a great experience. But now volpes is using Bash for online purchases and it’s been a horrible experience. I bought bedding adversities as 200 thread count cotton percale. The bedding arrives and it was 144 TC Polycotton. This is pure false advertising!!! I went to volpes garden route mall and they said they cannot help me as I purchased online at bash using Payflex. So I try to log a refund but the only two options are “visit your local volpes store for assistance “ (which I already did and didn’t work), or request a courier collect item for the refund. There is no indication of how the refund will work with me having used Payflex. After reading reviews on bash about failed refund attempts with Payflex I am hesitant to even try. I will never ever use bash again to order bedding, due to the false advertising and the fast that they have made it impossible to be assisted in store. Volpes should have never changed their website/ migrated to Bash. What a mess.
