FALSE ADVERTISING

I tried purchasing 3pairs of takkies online yesterday that was on a promo. After going ahead and adding my card details and cvv number I noticed that there was an error on the page but also that my cart had increased by R1000. I immediately called the support number as the risk was in my entire card details being given and the price having increased in a second. I was told that an email would be sent to me to resolve the issue. I then escalated it and asked for someone else to help resolve. No response. Called the support number and was placed on hold till I eventually hung up. Sent another email and still no response. I also told the support agent that advertising something at one piece then when the person inputs their card details it goes up is false advertising and a risk.
