Review of BASH
Failure to deliver
I am extremely disappointed in Bash, I placed an order on the 22nd of November and my order still hasn't been delivered. When I called them I was told the parcel was sent back by the courier however the delivery was never attempted. Bash is selling items online that they do not have stock of. I now need to wait another 14 days for my refund.

Disgusting service
Placed my order the 25th november for a ring from Sterns. Track my order each day and all it says is “parcel cannot be collect, attempt too late’. On Monday 2nd December I decide to take matters into my own hands to call Ram couriers myself. They don’t know what’s happening. I phone bash , they don’t know either. I phone sterns (the one where my order was placed ) useless people with stinking attitudes answer and after all my calling and being put on hold they stopped answering my calls. Then on the 4th December I phone bash enquiring about my order( I’m already frustrated because I made it clear I needed the ring by the 2nd December for my anniversary). They tell me they cancelled the order and refunded me , due to the item not being in stock yet it’s still being advertised online (AFTER 9 DAYS?????) then on top of that they charge me a shipping fee and when I try to call back I waited 20 minutes so I just gave up. Between bash, ram couriers, and sterns, I don’t know who’s more pathetic . I received disgusting service I’ll never be ordering again. Thank you for nothing.

Don't touch BASH (TFG Online store) - I bought x4 items on the Black Friday special (20% discount) - EVERYTHING cancelled and now I get a 10% discount voucher ..... Notwithstanding this ; Previous purchases from them before with problems has met with a brick wall - They don't give a sh*t.... It's time my TFG account is paid up and I call it a day with them and their sh*tty partners.... They are more of a pain in the @$$ than a benefit.... My account was also always overpaid each month.... It's time they see my wall... Made of cement. Don't bother opening an account with ANY TFG store and Don't use BASH. Period

Hi I placed an order on the Bash TFG app and tracking my order whole entire week and TFG Bash with the courier company are having difficulty with delivering my order,this is absolutely horrific services ,whenever I check on my app and track my order it shows courier can not collect due to full vehicle and now it shows the store canceled my order and failed to hand over parcel.DISGUSTING SERVICES FROM TFG BASH!!!!

No help from BASH Customer service. they have standard script they cannot answer questions to why the drivers cannot deliver. Just every day FAILED.

No more BASH for me!
I ordered several items from BASH, received the cheapest of 8 items first and then received what was reflected on their webpage as delivery completed for the 7 items outstanding. However, I received a package that my husband signed for, and when I opened it, there was only 1 item that I, did not order. I reported it to the couriers immediately who referred me to BASH, who I contacted on the same day. What I found is that the customer care department answer you as if it is AI communicating to you! Never really trying to solve the problem. My order was delivered to another party in Lady Brand, I received her one item and she my 7 items at a value of R3,154.82. I had to inform them of the paperwork that were mistakenly placed on my order to her and hers to me. I had to contact the other party and provided BASH with the information. They keep on sending messages that they will fetch the item from me and then refund me for it! All I want is what I ordered but I am ignored to a point, of considering to report them to POPIA as my private information was leaked to another party and hers to me and the Consumer Protection board as I am not getting what I ordered, I DID NOT ask for a refund. What a first, awful, online shopping experience @ BASH!

I ordered 3 x pairs of shoes on Black Friday specials. Communication was poor from the start… yesterday my parcel was handed to a courier for delivery…then nothing got delivered; today it was handed to someone new and still no delivery. Oops now they realised only 2 of the 3 pairs are available for delivery… am I to sit next to the front foor all day and wait until it is convenient for my Bash guy to deliver?!

THE WORST COURIER COMPANY IN SA
If it was possible, I would deduct stars! I cannot, for the life of me understand WHY anybody would still use SkyNet as their preferred courier service. There is ZERO communication other than the incorrect SMS's they send out. NEVER answers telephones and takes FOREVER to respond to WhatsApp's! And even when they do, it is automated, and no query gets resolved. Their website also NEVER works!

Value Logistics, as the parent company of Value Express, should seriously reconsider associating with such poor service. I commented on a Facebook ad about how terrible Value Express has been with my delivery. Their response? They asked me to DM them the tracking number. I comp****, including screenshots showing how my parcel has been stuck in "Out on Delivery" status since 2nd December 2024 at 01:00 with no updates, but according to Makro update it shows on route to customer

Instead of resolving the issue, they blamed Black Friday delays and told me to email them with the same information I had just provided in the DM. Why ask for a DM if you’re only going to pass me to yet another communication channel? This is frustrating and unprofessional.
The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. My package, handed over on 29th November 2024, was supposed to be delivered from a location only 15 km away, by the 30th November 2024, but it’s now the 6th of December with no resolution in sight.
Value Logistics should step up and ensure their "sister company" delivers on its promises instead of leaving customers in the lurch. This level of service reflects poorly on both Value Express and Value Logistics.

Sies Neovision! If I could rate 0 I would. Yesterday my pensioner Mom went to Neovision Zevenview needing assistance as her specs broke, they told her "Fix at own risk". She left, and got great service from Specsavers at no extra cost. Please do better! You guys lost a loyal customer. She is disappointed in your service delivery and how the receptionist spoke to her.

Woolworths is really deteriorating. Buying online with that shop it’s as if we are back in 2005. They use Pargo, and you might not even get your items. Please be careful with purchasing from Woolworths online, especially things you can get elsewhere like Bash, checkers 60 or somewhere else. There is no prestige in buying from Woolworths anymore, so don’t stress yourself by buying online from Woolworths.

Nina is hands down one of the best photographers I’ve ever come across. We had the pleasure of having her capture both our engagement and wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more.
Her work feels like movie magic. If you’re just looking for photos, hire a photographer. But if you want something truly magical, hire Nina. You know what to do!

Woolworths is really deteriorating
Woolworths is really deteriorating. Buying online with that shop it’s as if we are back in 2005. They use Pargo, and you might not even get your items. Please be careful with purchasing from Woolworths online, especially things you can get elsewhere like Bash, checkers 60 or somewhere else. There is no prestige in buying from Woolworths anymore, so don’t stress yourself by buying online from Woolworths.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I purchased an item on the 24th November and was advised that the product is out of stock. I've requested a refund and still waiting. My emails and tickets logged go unanswered! This company is a **** and a *****! DO NOT USE THEM!
