Failing and frustrating clients with online orders! Pathetic service!

Order not delivered, 8 days later it’s still at the delivery hub, so they say!!!

I placed the order on the 11th of November, and paid for in store delivery, why is is still at the delivery hub from the 12th, in the same city as me???
