Failer to respect their customers

I've been having a problem with Bash regarding my orders I once ordered it took them 19days to deliver my orders, Secondly my other other came wiith a tag I order online because I don't want to go to the shop but I ended up to the shop so that the tag can be removed, third one I've ordered my things on the 23rd today it's the 29th I haven't received my orders
