Factory Fault Laptop - Bash absolving themselves Bashfully

We purchased a laptop in September 2025 then due to a factory fault it was returned to the Supplier. It came back to us 3wks ltr. Shortly aft the same problem occurs. It is now currently back with the Supplier for the 2nd time. We have requested them not to return the laptop and to reverse the payment made through our Foschini Tfg account instead as its affecting our Business. Bash politely is just distancing itself with animated replies and Supplier hasnt previously or now made any effort to communicate or return our calls or messages. Pathetic would not even give them 1star if I had a choice. They have definitely seen the back of us. Will never be using their platform again
