Extremely terrible service
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Bash online service. I'm waiting for a week for my item to be collected by the courier company for my return to be processed. I will never purchase from Bash online again.

15 Apr 2024, 14:34I have called the customer service line, ***, only to discover that there is no record of my return. I had to log another return, a week later, so this impacts my refund being processed. I am extremely frustrated with the despicable service from Bash Online. I will never purchase from this company again.
