Extremely Poor Service: Failed Delivery and Ignored Messages

I am writing to express my OUTRAGE and DISAPPOINTMENT at the appalling service I've received from RAM and BASH.

On 03/12/2024, I ordered a sneaker and an eyepencil, which were shipped separately. While the eyepencil arrived promptly the next day, the sneaker remains missing.

RAM's excuses are ABSURD. First, they claimed they needed an access card or permit to deliver, which makes no sense. Now, they're saying it's because a school is closed! Are you kidding me?! There is NO SCHOOL anywhere near my residential area!

I've sent numerous messages to RAM and BASH, responded to automatic messages, and still, I've been met with complete SILENCE. It's infuriating! As a first-time customer, I expect better. This item wasn't cheap, and I demand to know what's happening to my purchase.
