Exceptional service

All I can say is wow. At first, I was put off by the service I received from Foschini Cresta. I then decided to shop online. When I encountered issues using my eGift card on Bash, I called and spoke to a very friendly lady. After I explained what I needed to do—and mentioned that it would be the third time I’d have to go in—she took action. She said she would get someone to assist with my order. Within 10 minutes, my order was placed by Cameron. He communicated clearly and kept me informed throughout. That is exceptional service. Thank you to Cameron and his colleague.
