Worse company to deal with. Incompetence on a whole new level. I have to take Skin Nutrition’s detox cleansing. Because of severe inflammation of my body. I requested from Foschini at The Glen to please ensure they keep at least a bottle of 60 a month for me. Which never got done. After the third month I lost my cool because it’s not something I take for fun, it’s for a medical condition. Then they told me they’ll place the order with Bash & if I purchased 2 bottles it’s 50% off the second bottle. The invoice clearly states 2 bottles of Detox Cleansing, however it was 1 bottle of Detox Cleansing & 1 bottle of Weight Loss Slimming Capsules. I haven’t opened the weight loss as it’s not what I need. I’ve been requesting Bash to please send me my correct capsules & the courier can take the incorrect capsules. I’ve been giving the runaround & then get told if I order 3 bottles of the Detox Cleansing I get 50% off. I asked them why would I place a new order when they haven’t sorted out my previous. So my question comes in if I should report Bash or Foschini to the national consumer protection bureau & or if they are willing to pay for my doctor’s & holistic treatments?
