Double debit for a BASH ORDER

On the 17th of February I placed an order from the BASH APP and I have already received the items but again on the 19th of February money was debited from my personal account without any authorisation and the reference was “TGF PAROW EAST ZA”. I called Capitec, explained everything to them and they said I should fix my issue with TFG, TFGT then said it’s not their issue I should call BASH and indeed I called them and they requested my bank statement, I sent it to them and they said they’ll look into it and give me a feedback not later than 24 hours.

After 24 has elapsed I called them and they said the issue might be resolved before the end of business day(that was on Friday the 20th) I also called the TFG head office and the lady who assisted me told me that I must wait for 48 hours, I might get my refund on Monday or Tuesday. Guess what? It’s Tuesday today the 24th and I have not received my money back! THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE THAT 1 STAR!
